I have a few questions about what I can eat. I am on the 1550 calories a day, and I was wondering ???
Can I eat tomatoes of marinara sauce with pasta? If I can eat tomatoes can I grill them?
They weren’t on the diet card, so I wasn’t sure
It states I can have pasta, but can I have any other kind of sauce?
It states I can have rice, can I have rice a roni, if it is the right amount?
Am I allowed to have any type of cheese?
In general, I was just wondering if the only food I can eat is on the diet card, or can I have other foods but just in a small amount as mentioned on the cards. For example, ½ cup of cooked pasta, can it be cheese ravioli?
