I have only lost 2 lbs this whole month! Yes, I did fit into a smaller size of jeans, but the scale is not moving at all! I am starting to get frustrated because I even went down to the 1200 calorie diet and still nothing. I am going to try a 2 day cleanse starting today but what else should I be doing???  |

Try not to get discouraged....you have to take into account that your weight went up a little around Valentine's day. But you took that off quickly and kept going!
Make sure you are watching your carbs by choosing low carb vegetables (like mushrooms, green peppers, green beans, brocolli and leafy greens). Also, refine your choice of starches by avoiding a lot of pasta, potatoes and rice. Instead, choose whole grain breads, whole grain melba toast and rice cakes.
The good news is that you're down 12 pounds! If you continue following your plan, you will continue to lose! |

| I actually hate vegetables, so the only ones I eat are mushrooms, lettuce, cucumbers and broccili. I also eat 100 calories bread rounds for a sandwich and probably rice 3-4 times a wk and noodles 1-2 times a wk with dinner. Otherwise it's the 100 calorie bread. |
